职位描述:
负责制定并完成产品线的订单及销售额;
研究产品发展动态及行业动态并制定相应的市场营销战略及目标市场定位;
执行总部制定的市场计划,组织产品上市及市场推广活动;
根据市场需求和情况提供新产品研发建议,向总部提交产品设计及销售预计的建议及评估并关注政策法规动态,进行必要的有利性影响;
规划对销售的产品及技术培训,包括:根据需求调整产品在线培训内容,制定培训计划并制定培训工作流程;
定期与销售人员拜访重点客户或有潜力的大客户;
制定市场活动预算;

职位要求:
本科及以上学历;
八年以上技术性产品的市场营销经验,包括:市场推广,产品周期管理,新品上市活动等;
较强的领导能力;
具备敏锐的行业观察力;
流利的英语听说能力;
具备一定销售经验;
Job Description:
Order Income for responsible LPC;
Setting of national list prices in agreement with MD, Sales Units and Division;
Marketing planning, realization of marketing activities according to planning;
Representation of national interests when new products are designed, submission of product ideas & evaluation in OPD/ OSD; monitoring and influencing relevant national guidelines (lobbying);
Plan product and technical training to sales force, including: Adaptation of WBTs to national needs, plan sales trainings and set-up of training WI;
Regular visit at key accounts or potential customers together with sales;
Planning promotional budget;

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Eight years’ above marketing experience for technical products, including: campaigns, market launch and product life cycle management;
Leadership;
Keen observation skills for relevant industry;
English skills;
Sales experience;
